About This Course

The goal of this course is to provide the basic information about the Mechanical Engineering Delivery Operating Systems Methodology (‘MEDOS’) to successfully begin work at KPIT MEDS. The course covers the basic 4 elements of MEDOS (i.e. Define, Planning, Trial & Implementation and Delivery elements) including overview of Project management tool (‘ATLAS’), walkthrough of quality assurance procedures (‘QAPs’) and exposure to Audit process for product quality assurance.
