About This Course

Learning to communicate in a clear and honest fashion usually improves relationships within one's life & helps one work WITH people and NOT against them. Assertiveness is considered to be a trainable skill and a behavior therapy designed to help people stand up for themselves—to empower themselves, in more contemporary terms. It is a response that seeks to maintain an appropriate balance between passivity and aggression thereby helping people grow personally and professionally.
