About This Course
The goal of this unit is
• To introduce the Importance and Concepts of reviews in software development
• To explain the process of reviews and how to plan and conduct effective review
• To set expectations on the PM’s role in review effectiveness
At the end of this unit, the student will be able to
• To understand the concepts and terminology of reviews in the Industry and their
application in KPIT
• To plan, track and execute effective reviews in their projects
