Eligibilty criteria to enroll for this course:

The participant must be at PM/PL role
Number of people reporting to the participant must be less than 11
The course would have about 5/6 hours of training every week. The participant should have time to attend all the trainings and complete all the assignments
The Participant is performing a project managerial Role currently for a team of 5+ team members on a non staff-aug project
